Does an adjustment hurt?

No, a NUCCA adjustment is a very light correction to the upper neck. Many patients barely feel the correction occurring but the results of the correction will be felt significantly.

Do I have to keep coming to the office multiple times a week?

No, the NUCCA correction is done to create lasting effects. I rarely see patients more than once a week. The goal is to make significant improvements in your health and see you less and less.

Can I get massage or other treatments while receiving NUCCA care?

Yes, while at the beginning we want to be mindful of other treatments, many times patients will still receive other types of treatments that work well with NUCCA care.
