“I don’t usually go to chiropractors but a couple years ago I had hurt my back. I could barely move and no amount of pain medication made any difference. After a week of no improvement I went to see Josh for help. He assessed the situation and was able to make an adjustment. My back instantly felt much better and I could tell that I was on the path to recovery. Two weeks later my back had fully healed and I was fully functional again.

He works with you to come up with an exercise plan that works for your body to maintain healthy movement for long-term mobility. He does not push for visits and will see you only as often as is required for your needs.
